Who turns up at your property
HomeSafeGV was founded in 2014 by Lucas and Bec White and has grown from a small smoke alarm service into one of the region's leading home safety providers. Every person who attends a property is qualified for the work they are doing.
Licensed electricians
Electrical safety checks, switchboards, socket outlets, lighting and fixed appliances, plus general residential electrical work and split system installation.
Type A service gas fitters
Gas appliance servicing and safety checks, including carbon monoxide testing with a calibrated analyser. Gas work is restricted to qualified people, and ours are on staff.
Smoke alarm technicians
Locating, testing, cleaning and replacing alarms, and documenting the result so rental providers and agencies have a record they can file.
Admin and scheduling
The people who answer the phone, coordinate access with tenants and agencies, and get your paperwork back to you. Named contacts, not a call centre.
