What to expect when you book with us.
What happens after I enquire?
We'll get in touch to confirm what's needed and arrange a time that suits you or your tenant. If you'd rather sort it in one call, ring us on 03 5897 7188.
Do you need tenant access?
Yes, someone needs to let us in, or we can arrange key access through your agent. We'll coordinate directly with the tenant or property manager if that's easier for you.
Can you do several checks at once?
That's how we prefer to work. Smoke alarms, gas and electrical can all be done in the same visit, which means one appointment instead of three.
Do I get documentation?
Yes. Every visit is documented in a report covering what was checked and the outcome, ready to file or pass to your agent.
